I am dedicated to supporting our educators and staff in many ways to enhance their professional and personal lives. One crucial aspect of our commitment is ensuring competitive pay rates for all our employees. By providing our educators and staff with the compensation they deserve, we aim to reduce financial stress and allow them to focus on their primary goal of educating and supporting our students.
In addition to competitive pay, I strive to make the lives of our educators and staff easier by maintaining low class sizes. By keeping class sizes small, we create an environment where teachers can provide personalized attention to each student, leading to better learning outcomes and a more manageable workload for our educators.

Safety

Keeping Students and Staff Safe: A Top Priority at Hunter Holt 4 Marana Schools.
The safety of our students and staff is of utmost importance. It is our top priority to create a secure and nurturing environment where everyone can thrive without any threats to their well-being. This commitment to safety is ingrained in every decision we make and every action we take.
One significant example of our dedication to safety is the recent approval and passing of a $90 million bond. This substantial investment allowed us to implement major security upgrades across all our school facilities. These upgrades are designed to enhance the overall safety measures and ensure that our school spaces are well-equipped to handle any security challenges that may arise.
Additionally, I strongly support the presence of School Resource Officers (SROs) at every school within our district. These trained professionals play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure learning environment by being present, building positive relationships with students, and providing immediate responses to any security concerns that may emerge.
