During my term on the school board, I focused on initiatives to enhance students' learning experiences and academic achievements. When I first joined the board alongside the new superintendent, our district faced academic challenges with one F-rated school, two D-rated schools, and several C-rated schools. Through collaborative efforts, strategic planning, and board policy revisions, under this leadership, we have allowed educators and students to make successful changes. . Presently, we have only one C school, 11 B schools, and an impressive 5 A schools. This improvement reflects our commitment to elevating education standards within the district.
In addition to academic advancements, we also initiated the high-reliability school program to enhance overall school performance and ensure consistent quality standards across all educational institutions. As a result of these efforts, every school within our district is now certified at Level 1, indicating their strong commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
